Ken's 50th

It's certainly the sunniest team photo we've had - taken at Goals on Friday night:


Ken became the 25th recipient of an official team shirt - and the second Hibs one.

We had some ales in Carriages and then went to the Jewel in the Crown. Did Malcolm and Ken have a slight tiff?:

It was a scene eerily reminiscent of Denis Law's debut goal for Scotland at Ninian Park, Cardiff, back in 1958, when the Welsh goalkeeper, Jack Kelsey kicked the ball from hand, hitting Denis on the back and rebounding in to the goal.

This time it was Yves Makabu-Makalambay playing for Hibs at Pittodrie yesterday, who boobed - watch this:

Macbethfest

The usual Friday night drinking session was held at Deeside Activity Park, Dess where the local brewery were holding a beer feastival as part of Macbethfest. After a few transport mishaps, we all eventually made it down there. Nice setting and a lovely evening, although a little cool outside. Colin and Gerry soon got in to the swing of things when we went back inside however:

Lafferty gets Mulgrew sent off
