There was a good turnout last night to bid a fond farewell to big Dave, who's off to Houston for a while. We could have had two 5-a-side teams.

Co-founder of BVFG and a legend in his own lunchtime who has participated in the squash, golf, hill-walking, headbanging and, especially, ale-drinking sections of the Vets, Dave did the honours again last night in the Douglas:
