Son Gary and I decided it was time we went to watch Thistle play, and with a crunch match at Dingwall against Ross County, we thought this was the ideal opportunity. Colin K would have joined us but was away on Grandfather duties this weekend.
We had the added bonus of an opportunity to meet up again with Rob Dunnachie, the only Vet with a "49" shirt, awarded when he left Banchory to move north at the turn of the milennium.
We sat in the Jags end of the ground and Gary took this photo of Rob and I:
Nice to meet up with Rob again - but pity it was such a poor game between 2 prime candidates for relegation.
